3OH!3 is an electronic music group from Boulder, Colorado formed in 2004. Named after the 303 area code, which includes Boulder as well as the Denver metropolitan area., the band is best known for their hit single "Don't Trust Me", which reached #7 in the US, their recent single "Starstrukk" featuring Katy Perry, which is currently a top 10 hit in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Finland and Australia, their #1 digital hit "Blah Blah Blah" with Kesha, and their "energetic" performances. 3OH!3 consists of Sean Foreman, born August 27, 1985 (age 24) and Nathaniel Motte, born January 13, 1984 (age 26); both of whom are natives of Boulder, Colorado. The pair met in a physics class while attending the University of Colorado. 3OH!3 is also known for their hand sign, referenced in their song "Holler 'til You Pass Out", performed by touching two thumbs and forefingers together and displaying the rest of their fingers so that there are three fingers on each side of the zero. This is frequently seen at concerts. 3OH!3's latest single "Follow Me Down," can be found on the Almost Alice sountrack for the 2010 movie "Alice In Wonderland." The CD is set to be released March 2nd 2010. 3OH!3 plays a mixture of electro music, alternative rock and hip hop.
