Collective Soul is an American rock band from Stockbridge, Georgia. They enjoyed popularity on alternative rock and mainstream rock radio throughout the early to mid 1990s, recording seven #1 mainstream rock hits. In my opinion, I would not consider Collective Soul to be "one of the best bands ever". I would have to say "a great band who spanned for decades like that of Boston." I would also, add Peter Frampton- with one of my personal favorites being "I'm In You, Your In Me"

I like Better Now, Shine, December, and World I Know Better Now makes me happy! =]
Good band. there song Shine was recently on a Controversial game called V-Tech Rampage. which was a pretty sick and retarted game. The Kid who made it demanded $3,000 and then he would take it off and apologize to the world which he hasn't yet. look up the game.
