Such a dark post-rock band. I especially like the song "Rockets Fall on Rocket Falls." Such a suspenseful song.
A non pop approach really separates it from other more well known paranoia dirges like Radiohead & Floyd (lazy comparison yea but this is the thread it seems that connects my fave bands...I'm not here, This isn't Happening)
Slowly building crescendos carefully add layer upon layer of texture until before you know it your drowning in an aural sea of grief. Also like 'Head & Floyd, Godspeed has no more anger left, all the fight has been sapped out of em and what remains is grief & ashes

One of my Favorite bands. They delve into that paranoid pre apocalyptic chic I so love with their all consuming instrumentals
