Yngwie Johann Malmsteen (born Lars Johan Yngve Lannerbäck on June 30, 1963 in Stockholm, Sweden) is a Swedish guitarist, composer, multi-instrumentalist, and bandleader. Malmsteen became notable in the mid-1980s for his technical fluency and neo-classical metal compositions. Yngwie is an unbelievable guitarist. Probably one of the best i've ever heard. My favorite guitarists though are Herman Li (DragonForce) Dimebag Darell (Pantera) and Claudio Sanchez (Coheed & Cambria).Excuse my spelling on Claudio. LOL

though id have to say... yngwie does more... i mean i saw him in concert once... he played 2 1/2 songs and then someone threw a bottle and it hit his hand. he said "fu** you allllllll!!!" tjen walked off stage... then another band came out and said well screw him... lets play!!! wierd concert...
